Brand-name furniture, minus the showroom markup
Most of our furniture is out-of-season or discontinued stock from department stores and national retailers: last season's collections and lines that won't be in next year's catalog. The rest comes through liquidation contracts with distributors, manufacturers and dealers, plus a smaller share we buy brand new at wholesale straight from the factory.
We won't promise a specific brand on a given day, because we don't pick what comes on the truck. That's the trade-off, and it's exactly why the price is what it is.

Why is it this cheap?
Boring reasons, mostly. A collection got discontinued. A season ended and the showroom needed the floor space for what's next. A customer refused the delivery. The color looked different in the living room than it did on the website. None of that changes how a sofa sits.
Most of what we carry is in great shape. Occasionally a piece arrives with a scuff from handling. We keep experienced repair staff on hand, and when a piece has a flaw, we fix it or price it for what it is, and we'll point it out ourselves before you have to ask.
That's the deal in plain terms. You're trading the newest catalog and a big showroom for a price a showroom can't touch. Come look at the piece and decide for yourself. That's the honest way to buy furniture like this, and it's why we don't sell online.

Is the furniture new?
Yes. Most of our furniture is out-of-season or discontinued stock from department stores and national retailers, and some we buy brand new at wholesale from the manufacturer. A load will sometimes include a piece that was refused at delivery or sent back because the color wasn't what the customer pictured. Occasionally a piece arrives with a scuff from handling, and we'll point it out before you ask.
What if a piece has a scuff?
It happens now and then, usually from handling on the way to us. We keep experienced repair staff on hand. If a piece is worth repairing, we repair it. If it isn't, we price it accordingly and point out the flaw before you ask. You're welcome to inspect anything on the floor as closely as you like.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available. If you'd rather take it today, we'll prep it, wrap it and help you load it.
How do I know what's in stock?

What payment do you take?
